We’re going sweet for the Twelfth Day of Ford’s Favorites and featuring White Chocolate Bread Pudding. Today, Chef Tony explains which ingredients are used to create this seasonal dessert.
From Chef Tony
White Chocolate Bread Pudding is a favorite dessert in the winter. The main components of this dish are bourbon anglaise, caramel sauce, blueberries, and vanilla ice cream. We use wild Maine blueberries, paired with white chocolate, and then top it off with Jim Beam Anglaise. It makes the perfect dessert on a cold winter night at Ford’s.
